With
the Double Eagle Elite golf simulator your customers play some of the
world's most famous courses - year-round, using their own clubs and golf
balls, and never have to contend with the bad weather.
Driving, chipping, putting and even those annoying bunker shots! You'll
hear and see your ball actually bounce off trees, splash in water or hit
cart paths. When your shot lands in the cup for a hole-in-one, simulation
becomes a reality!
The Double Eagle Elite 2000 uses state-of-the-art multiple scan video
projection offering more than 16 million different colors of real
photographs featuring world famous golf courses such as Pebble Beach, Muana Lani or Doral. This very unique feature will keep your customers
coming back to experience the post card quality images of other
championship rated courses.
The Double Eagle computer measures the spin, flight, and trajectory of the
ball as it leaves the club's face and accurately portrays hooks, fades,
and those "dead center perfect" shots. From weekend duffers to
scratch players, your patrons will enjoy hours of realistic golf.
Clint Eastwood has one in his private studio at the Warner Brothers
complex in Hollywood. And, 12-time PGA
tour winner, Craig "The
Walrus" Stadler has one at his home in Englewood, Co. What these
celebrities and golfers across the country are discovering is the
realistic play of Par T Golf's new Double Eagle 2000 golf simulator.
"The technology in the Double Eagle 2000 Elite is light years
beyond the crude, earlier models that first appeared in the 1970's and
early 1990's," said Di Mase.
"It was so realistic I recognized everything" said Mike Pinckes,
a San Diego golfer that has played Pebble Beach both in real-life and on
the Double Eagle 2000 Elite. Unfortunately, I recognized the water the
most," said Pinckes.
Using their real clubs and balls, golfers hit from Par T Golf's
proprietary Tri-tuf synthetic turf (simulates fairway, rough and sand)
into a 10-by-12 foot screen that projects a beautiful image of the
fairway. The ball falls to the floor, but its image is computer generated
into the photograph and the same path as the ball would have golfed on the
course. Sophisticated infrared planes of light measure speed, spin,
elevation and direction of the ball. The view then changes to reflect the
golfer's new position and lie. A digital readout gives the distance hit,
yardage to the green and other great statistics.
"We're finding that golfers are looking to escape overcrowded
courses, bad weather, expensive green fees, and a controlled environment
for golf instruction," said Mike Di Mase, director of marketing for
Par T Golf. "The Double Eagle 2000 Elite is designed to offer the
next best thing to being at your favorite course."
We offer a variety of world famous courses for your golfing customers to
enjoy. And we are constantly adding new courses. For example, our Iron
Links course is a speedy Par 3 featuring a variety of Par 3 holes from
several of our famous resorts. It is truly a lunch time and beginners
course favorite!
